Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. Here is exactly what goes away, and the two ways to do it.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the email address it was registered with
• Your saved stickers and collections
• Your purchase records on our side (this cannot be undone)

Purchases billed by Apple or Google remain in your App Store / Google Play history — that part belongs to the stores, not us — but the packs will no longer be attached to a Pixel Parade account.

Option 1 — in the app

1. Open Pixel Parade and go to your profile
2. Choose Delete account
3. Confirm in the dialog — the deletion runs immediately

Option 2 — by email

Send a deletion request from the email address your account is registered under. We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

Changed your mind?

Deletion cannot be reversed — a new account starts from zero. If something in the app pushed you here, tell us first; we may be able to fix it.
