Who we are

Pixel Parade is a digital sticker and GIF app for iOS and Android, operated by Good Ideas ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Pixel Parade app and this website.

What we collect

• Account details. If you create an account, we store the email address you sign up with so your sticker collection can follow you across devices.
• Purchase records. When you buy a pack, the purchase itself is processed by Apple or Google — we never see your card. We keep a record of which packs belong to your account so they can be restored.
• Device basics. Device model and OS version, used for support and compatibility.
• Messages you send us. If you contact support or use the form on this site, we keep the message so we can reply.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not read your conversations. Stickers are sent by your messaging apps, not through our servers.
• We do not show third-party ads in the app.

Payments

All purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, payment details and refunds are handled by those stores under their terms. To request a refund, use Report a Problem (Apple) or your Google Play order history.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time — see delete account for exactly what is removed and how long it takes.

Children

Pixel Parade is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
